    The Role

    As part of this position you will accountable for maximising the P&L performance of Tesco by exceeding the revenue and profit targets set. As the Account Director you will provide the vision and leadership to motivate, inspire internal teams along with external customers. You will work cross functionally to create and invest for the growth strategy that includes all elements of the customer requirements.

    The ideal fit

    • Operated successfully at Head of/Account Director level or be at Controller level and ready for the next step in your career
    • Significant commercial experience within a branded FMCG environment
    • Exceptional selling and negotiation skills
    • Tesco experience is ideal but not essential
    • Experience of coaching and upskilling a team is crucial
    • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
    • Preferably be degree educated or equivalent

    Location: Hybrid working, circa 2 days a week in the Midlands HQ

    Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 plus benefits package
