Barrie Moore- Co Director
The son of our founder Russell Moore. Barrie took over the family business with our co-director Richard back in 2013. Specialising in Executive Board recruitment across all disciplines, with an unrivalled excellence within Manufacturing at all levels.There aren’t many people inside FMCG that Barrie doesn’t know. Barrie’s early career was as a successful Golf Pro. He still loves a good meeting on the course, and what better place to get to know you?
Richard Clarke- Co Director
Richard specialises in Executive Board recruitment across all disciplines and has an industry leading reputation particularly within Sales and Marketing at all levels. So, between him and Barrie we have everything covered. A match made in heaven. He’s also the better half of our husband and wife team within the business, although I’m sure Rach would argue otherwise.
When he’s not recruiting Richard is a fully qualified football coach and a keen golfer too. There’s always stiff competition between him and Barrie.
Rachel Clarke- Co Director
Rach has no escape from recruitment being the wife of Rich. They both quite literally live it day to day. Rach joined us following the sale of her own business. She not only recruits , but loves being our resident social media and marketing guru.
Chloe Easton- Recruiter
Our longest serving team member. She’s been here since day one. Chloe knows FMCG inside out. Specialising in Sales and Marketing she works closely with Rich and always delivers. Outside of the office she’s quite the equestrian, tending her horses daily she’s a pro at the work life balance.
Sarah Todd-Nield- Recruiter
Sarah has a wealth of experience across all sectors. She loves a challenge, the more unusual the better. Sarah’s the magnet we all need to find that needle in the haystack. A keen sailor Sarah lives the good life down on the Essex coast.
Callum Moore- Trainee Recruiter
The son of our Co-Director Barrie and the grandson of our founder Russell. Callum is our Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Outside of FMCG Exec, Callum is currently working on his Sports Science qualification and learning to drive. He loves going to the driving range and watching Spurs whenever he can.
