    Our client is a globally recognised food business that have award winning products across brand and own label. With an exceptional senior leadership team, our client has achieved organic growth through a clear strategy that’s been based on building on their key brand globally including creating new exciting propositions for the UK market.

    Due to the recent investment they are now in the position to grow even further in the UK market and are now looking for a Country Manager to join their SLT.

    The role

    As the Country Manager you will develop and shape our clients business/brand in UK to establish a sustainable, stand-alone business positioned for accelerated growth with a strong organisation and the necessary commercial and supply chain capabilities in place. As the Country Manager you will lead and manage negotiations at a senior level, whilst developing and executing the customer’s specific strategy to deliver against business and customer objectives. There is huge growth potential across retail/discounters etc so someone with a first class contact strategy in retail is essential for the continued growth of this incredible brand.

    The ideal fit:

    • Have experience in a Sales Director/Head of role or equivalent
    • Experience across Retail/Discounters is ideal
    • Excited about working with a brand that’s growing
    • Experience across emerging brands is essential
    • Keen to work with others, be part of a team and grow your own!
    • Comfortable working in a fast paced, private equity environment
    • Be comfortable with ambiguity and a fast paced environment
